I'd trade any of them for Cooks, but would rather trade Freeman, Jones, or Penny in that order before Guice. You aren't getting Allen or Brown for one of them.

For draft pick value, I recently traded him for 1.05 and a future 2nd in a 12 team PPR league. I didn't need either RB or WR, but since this league tends to value RBs a lot, I sold him for a bit less than I would normally to get one of the rookies.
