I personally wouldn't, as I think they're relatively even, but sometimes you just have to make a move to get your guy. I wouldn't pay more than like 2.08 though...maybe open with 2.12 or 2021 2nd from a contender (or even 2021 3rd...that might come across as a non-serious offer though). A lot of 1.0...

You risk negotiations just breaking down if you send that offer. He offered straight up...coming back with DJM + first is pretty heavy handed, in my opinion.

I doubt you're getting DJM for Swift and almost definitely not for Akers. Agree with the poster above who suggested countering. I'd try offering JT for DJM + 2nd (this year or next) and see what happens.
