Re: US Supreme Court decision to allow sports gambling.

Just to clarify, this decision didn't repeal the Federal Wire Act or the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act, so interstate betting is still illegal federally. This will allow states to make sports betting legal within the state borders, so long as you don't use a credit card or bank transfer...

Re: Question about integrity...

I know it is unfair, but as the commish you could actually cheat if you wanted to. Why don't you cheat? Presumably because you enjoy the competition. But unfortunately, to have that competition you have to not only not cheat but you have to not appear to be cheating. The scrutiny is unfair to us all...

Re: Josh Gordon Reinstatement

Really? I was thinking that this is probably a good time to sell. A lot of people have forgotten the risk already. If I can swap Gordon for 1.4 as his DLF ADP suggests then I'm ready to sell. If owners in your league are more wary then hang on and hope the ADP is justified.

Gronk. When he plays I have a positional advantage that is hard for anyone to compete with.

Re: Thoughts on Doctson

Hes worth rostering and having...hes worth more than a throw in for a trade for sure. I have no idea what to expect but he seems to have a very clear path to targets. Not quite sure about that. They signed Richardson to a lucrative deal, which makes me think they don't think all that much of him at...

Re: I am a bit of a lowballer how should I go about starting trades?

I can send the same offer to ten people and two will accept and three will think it's too low to even counter. I doubt you can find a single unanimous trade poll on here. I get it if you don't have enough time to negotiate when it seems unlikely to work out, but as someone with plenty of free time I...

Re: Wow, Penny to the Seahawks

Chris Thompson is a nice little player who has been injured since college. His contract expires after 2019. Last season he averaged 13.1 YPR (outlier). Before that he averaged 6.9 and 7.1 the 2 years prior. Guice is a superior talent and even if he doesn't have the 3rd down role, Perine still manag...

Re: I am a bit of a lowballer how should I go about starting trades?

There's no right answer, everyone feels differently. If you send a fair first offer there are some people who will never accept and will always up your price significantly in their counter. And because of that, a lot of people are hesitant to send the first offer -- and so I have found that if you a...

Re: The Gronk!!

Gronk is 28. Even if he does retire people are still going to roster him in most dynasty leagues. Gates was fantasy-relevant until age 34-36, Gonzo until 37. There's no doubt in my mind that Gronk could have 5-8 good years left if he wants to play, and he could be the #1 TE any or all of those years...

Re: I just got DJ Moore at the 2.02

nice pick! Where did Gallup go? Also, how many teams in the league? Gallup went right before him at 2.01. 12tm, PPR. I just got Gallup at 2.09 (21st overall). I had traded up to get Moore at 1.09. We live in a bit of a bubble here because with so many opinions we get close to a consensus at times, ...

Re: Wow, Penny to the Seahawks

If you're fading Guice because you just don't like his haircut or hate video games that's acceptable. But fading Guice because of a comment by Jay Gruden in May, or because a 180 pound fragile scat back, is beyond insane. Don't be insane. It's not insane to think that Thompson is one of the most ef...

I don't understand why he's going undrafted in DLF ADP drafts, but he's got ball skills and a good chance at significant playing time.

Re: Michel to the Pats

I love the talent but this has to be the absolute worst landing spot. I'm not drafting him early, I'll take Guice/Penny/Chubb. I'll hope he is worth less next year.
