Stick with the 1.03 unless you get a much better offer. There's a major tier dropoff around pick 7 or 8.

For a rebuild, you should probably be looking to move some of those top three picks for 2023 picks, if you can swing it.

If they were random 2023 1sts then the difference between the classes might be enough, but for two late firsts give me the current 1.05. That still lands you in the top tier of WRs now, rather than later.

Tier one: Hall, Walker
Tier two: London, Wilson, Williams, Burks, Olave
Tier three: Cooks, an assortment of round two and three WRs with great landing spots.

Order as you like. Some have Walker in tier two, or in SF/2QB you'll see Pickett in tier two.

This should be between Pickett and Olave. In a 14 team SF I would definitely take Pickett.

The 1.07 is a great spot to target this year. There is a clear concensus emerging that the top two tiers consist of Hall, Walker, London, Wilson, Olave, Burks, and Williams. The 1.07 guarantees you one of them. I'm not sure Juju gets that deal done, but if it does I would definitely make that trade....
