To be fair to the argument - I have made an offer for the same combo of players from Mark (Calvin and Charles). I like both players, I just think there are enough concerns with both. A year from now we could be looking at this from a different perspective. Its an issue of established vs. upside play...

All I care about is seeing them both get into the HOF. They both have had excellent careers and are deserving.

I'd stick with the CJ side for a couple of reasons: 1) Despite what Charles did over the second half, do we know today if he will even be the starter come next fall? He should be. But all bets are off when it comes to the morons who run the Chiefs. Sellers should be expecting a high return in a deal...

My thoughts exactly... I know Portis is a bit worn, but being out with a head injury has enabled him to rest his body. May be he can rebound with a strong 2010 campain??? I wouldn't be suprised if he made a nice comeback with Shanny at the helm. we see it every year... watch the redskins draft a RB...

Dorsey would have been the only one I could see with any outside potential from the RBs. Even then his role would bee too limited to worry about.

At WR, I could still see Franklin ending up somewhere if a team has some injuries.

I know he's good. But really? That high?
Easily a top 5 talent. I wont go down the road re: Davis, but I like Finely more.

Re: Marshawn Lynch

What can me make of him? I saw a bunch of people posting on here that he was a better long term prospect than Gore, so I traded Steve Smith (CAR) for him to try and help out my RB situation. What is his future looking like now that Fred Jackson seems to be the go to guy in Buffalo? Those were posts...

Re: Draft pick heaven (...not for me)

He has picks 1.2 through 1.5, 1.9, 1.10, 2.2, 2.3, 2.5, 2.9, 3.2, and 3.3 in a ten team league. So if my math is correct, he has 12 picks in the top 23...anybody seen anything like this before? All total, he owns 20 picks out of the 64 total picks in the draft (6 rounds plus some supplemental picks...

Forte with Slaton a close 2nd IMO. I'd prob swap the two (Forte was still startable in ppr leagues) but i wouldnt fault anyone for seeing like you Mark. Forte was ranked a few spots higher. Forte was being drafted as high as the #1 in some startups. His finish this season is very disappointing. His...

I like all 3 of Gibson, Schilens, and Thomas. I own all 3 of them on one of my dynasty teams or the other. Schilens will continue to be limited in his output if the Raiders continue to insist on using Russell at QB. Its rather astonishing that someone that incredibly bad is still starting in the NFL...

This one's a close one. Ben deserves the title based on fantasy points but so does McNabb based on a lower ADP...tie? Very close on this one.... I underestimated Big Ben!! I was waiting on those words...but from Skip... I didn't anticipate the running game being quite so bad or the Steelers b...

I think that a stretch if only looking at 2009. Cassel is far and away the worst QB of the bunch.

The entire offensive situation is a complete unknown in St Louis other than SJax. On that alone, I'd lean Manningham. I also believe the Giants will head into next season with he and Smith as the 1-2 with Nicks coming in on 3 WR sets.
