If you’d locked up a solid QB1 in the first round, you could maybe justify going Andrews or AJB here, but if Lawrence is already the best QB available, I don’t think you can afford to punt QB to round 3, unless you’re just trying to tank year 1 for one of the 2023 rookie QBs.
