Things that can work against him:

*Off-field behavior/activities
*The team/QB he is with (currently not good)
* And, of course, injuries

His physical gifts and talents are obvious to me if he can overcome the above listed obstacles.

I have the dilemma of keeping either Rodney or Gio as a handcuff to Mixon. I mentioned it a different thread a week ago and most people thought Gio was the player to own. For what it is worth, Dixon is having a real good camp. Hilliard is the 3rd string running back after week 6. I really don't see a lot of upside there where Dixon could get shipped off to Tampa Bay or something for a 7th rounder. Dixon does not suck by the way. He is just injury and suspension pron...
