Worth a shot. It's not a horrific lowball by any stretch. It's a serious offer, but for most (if not all owners) it's not enough. Might get him to the table though and you never know, he could be a big fan of Keenan or considering a rebuild and like the value. I've seen worse deals.

Keep the picks until after the draft and figure out where the guys you'll be giving up on will be playing before making a decision. I could see (valid) arguments either way.

Henry and Diggs for me pretty easily. Gurley's value is low, but it could go lower just as easily as it increases this year. Diggs is solid and provides you another piece you can turn into another RB (or have as WR4 and trade someone else worth more). I wouldn't think twice tbh.

Your RBs aren't good enough to not draft a top-tier rookie imo. decent value if you like Landry and think Hill has any value left, but I'm not a bog fan of Hill this year, so I'd keep the pick in hopes of a better deal after the NFL draft.
