I'd use Flacco as a more apt comparison... Cousins is a bit more than Alex Smith IMO, but not a guy you'd want as your #1 either.

The fact that Seattle went and got Brown before bringing back Michael leads me to believe that either Brown will get 1st crack at the gig, OR, Brown looked really lost in practice so they brought back a guy familiar with their system... Gordon is almost one of those guys who I'd try to get as a throw in in a deal. IOW try not to make it look like he is your primary target.

I still don't think DT is Peyton dependent. Peyton has been more hindrance to his numbers than anything else this year. They're not sniffing the red zone they way they have in the past. Last week was a prototypical DT TD. Monster YAC machine and has performed remarkably well considering the offense...

So what is going on with the Green Bay offense? Is it the line? Is Rodgers just off? Is it the lack of a reliable running threat? Missing Jordy that much? Poor chemistry with Adams?
