I have an opportunity to trade him and the 1.12 for Evans and I'm having a hell of a time determining whether or not that's a good value. I lean towards yes, but I've had DT since my startup and it's hard letting go.

I think I'd hold Julio here. It's a nice package but Lacy would be your RB2 in a start 1 required league and I'd rather roll with Julio, AB, and Hurns then AB, Sanders and Cobb.
