It's easily Hall if prices are close. Gibbs is still going to split time. He'll have spike weeks but he'll be inconsistent. Imo, he's overvalued right now. Give me a WR in his range instead.

Think of it this way instead. On average, how many top-end seasons would you get from the guy you'd draft at 1.03. Maybe 2-4 on average? Some bust, some are elite, and some are guys like Joe Mixon -- a couple of great seasons and some good ones. So you're getting on average a handful of good season...
