Apparently he's been going to classes and was the one pushing for Judkins so it's looking like he's not declaring.

The only negative I took away from this season was the injuries. He showed better than expected receiving ability and exceptional burst.

Certainly not trading him when his values at it's all time low. Wait until he gets some receivers.
