Hes a WR3 that is treated as a WR5.

If you get him as a WR4 or beyond he becomes a great option for an injury/bye week fill. 4 catches, 60 yards a game over the last 3 years.

I think he is a "Corey Davis breakout"-proof WR3 in fantasy.

If that is your roster you need to draft Penny or Michael. Your RB's are horrible for a 14 team league and RB's are really hard to get in bigger leagues. 1.9 and Alshon may be a steep price but it is fair given the league size assuming you have to start 2 RB's.
