What is the best player I can get for Mike Williams and a 2019 first? Someone like Jordan Howard or Jarvis Landry?

Both have great skill position players around them, and are relative knowns. Give me the #1 pick over the #10 pick.

I would pass. I bet the Carson over Penny noise is just camp fodder. They did not spend a first on Penny to sit him. I would much rather have a guy like Anthony Miller or Christian Kirk. Wait until the third or fourth round to pick him up, especially if its a 10 team league.
