Thanks for the advice y'all. I ended up taking the deal. The team at 1.02 didn't need a qb and has a glaring hole at TE, so rather than gamble that Pitts would fall I decided to lock up Lawrence.

Pitts at 4 is my aim if I stick with these picks. I'm not positive he will make it past 2 though. 3 is a wildcard as well and could grab him.

Brown easily for me. Brown is what we hope Chase turns into.

Lance has more upside, but I'll be going Wilson in the few leagues where I'm facing the same decision.

Personally with only 12 teams I would take Chase at 2 and grab whoever falls of Lance, Fields, or Wilson at 1.05. If Pitts falls to 6 in this scenario that is a huge win overall.
