Sure! how do the copies work? Are there divisions?

Has anyone played in any of these big leagues? 32 teams, copies of players... I am curious how they work and the format that is needed for the league. How many roster spots, etc? If anyone knows anything or knows anyone starting one please let me know. If possible I wouldn't mind starting one.
