Re: Dante Pettis 2019 WR3?

It's hard to be a target monster with a TE like Kittle, not to mention an offense that throws to RBs. He will have to be Baldwin/Tyreek level efficient to really smash. I think he will make a great WR3 though. That's an odd take. It's not like Kittle is commanding 150 targets. Also, SF ranks 17th i...

Re: New Idea re Determing Start-up Draft Order

start up auctions are ten times better than a start up draft. i honestly wont do a start up if its a snake draft and not an auctoin. this is a cool idea but i still wouldnt partake id rather just do an auction for the players. This. I wouldn't even entertain the idea of doing a startup snake draft....

Re: Kenneth Dixon Value *PVP POLL* 5/1/17

https://www.profootballfocus.com/news/pro-ranking-all-32-offensive-lines-from-the-2017-nfl-season Meh, they were average at best. I cite PFF all the time here, and with good reason. But here I will take Football Outsiders' analytics over PFF's anonymous tape grading. I will explain why. A strong Ad...

Re: What is the standard 10 team (no IDP) Dynasty League?

Frankly I don't see the appeal of doing a 10 team league. I'm dismissive of them, and I generally close a thread (e.g. trade advice) when I see that it pertains to a 10 team league. I understand there's still a challenge to it, but what's the appeal of stocking up on all-stars to see which group of...

Re: high on Jones, low on williams

Meh, this is pretty much every box score warrior's hot take. The fact of the matter is the Packers offense runs though Rodgers. The running back only needs to do three things: 1) pass protect (Jamaal by a landslide) 2) pick up the tough yards (Jones might be the easiest RB to arm tackle, Jamaal shed...

Re: Kenneth Dixon Value *PVP POLL* 5/1/17

Baltimore's O-line kicked butt last year. https://www.footballoutsiders.com/stats/ol Keep in mind, the Ravens drafted Dixon in the same draft as Collins. That doesn't matter at this point. What the Ravens have now seen Collins do for them over 235 touches in their jersey replaces whatever their ass...

Re: Kenneth Dixon Value *PVP POLL* 5/1/17

I don’t know how I stumbled upon this, but interesting to see how old discussions play out a little Well, I guess you mean how they WILL play out since he hasn't play a down since these discussions occurred. Collins is better competition than the other RBs on the roster in 2017, but I still think D...

Re: George Kittle value

idk why people are so smitten with kittle...i like him but people are way over the top on his value i would pay a 3rd. would sell for any 2nd, maybe an early 3 Seems pretty obvious actually... situation and athleticism ( https://www.playerprofiler.com/nfl/george-kittle/ ). SF offense looked juicy a...

UATahoe wrote: Mon May 07, 2018 1:04 pm I actually really like this spot and it pretty much paves the way for him to be a 2 down starter. Also believe he could get some 3rd down work with McCaffrey being on the field at the same time or playing some in the slot.
agree. sorry CAP owners.
People are still rostering CAP? In 2018?

Re: CJ Anderson, at this point, what are his best landing spots?

You guys are obsessed with CJA! How many mediocre seasons and lack of interest does he need before you guys move on....... He ran for 1,000 yards behind one of the worst offensive lines in football and got zero help from his QB last season. Defenses were keying on him all season. Up until 2017 inju...

This. The Parker and Stills numbers looked reasonable. Carroo numbers look more like the aggregate numbers of ALL the non-Parker+Stills WRs.

Don't overlook Wilson.

Re: Aaron Jones

Whole lot of wishful thinking in here by the OP. As others have said, don't get hung up on YPC. Jamaal got drafted before Aaron Jones for a reason. Jamaal was the first one in the game when Montgomery got hurt for a reason. FWIW, I'm not a Packers fan but I do agree Rodgers might be the GOAT. For th...
