I think CW is safer and has the higher ceiling because he is the better passer with better weapons and can also run. He is more two dimensional than Richardson at this point.

I would stay also. You are giving up proven players who are in the prime of their career for a mixture good prospects who still have some question marks.

The QBs don't matter to me in 1QB. Neither of them is a top-12 guy for '24. And neither is a particularly great long term QB2 (so largely irrelevant). The TEP is very important.
