I'm in a 32 player superflex Devy league and was wondering the value of Jordy Nelson and Julian Edelman in picks? How much does it being Devy depress the value of 1st rounders vs non-devy?

I'm in my first devy league and I'm having a hard time valuing draft picks. There are 32 Devy players currently rostered and it is full PPR superflex settings. How do you value 1st round rookies picks against rookie picks in non-Devy leagues? do they drop a round or is it proportionate to the number...
