I have been running some MFL10s, seasonal bestball leagues, especially for those not in the US or in states who can't play due to the restrictions. They are the same format as MFL10s, I run one every 2 weeks, and have a few spaces left. Each league is 12 teams, $10 per team, $90 to first, $20 to 2nd...
