I'll echo the idea that most have floated: A mid to late 1st or a high second and another player. I have him in a 16 team dynasty and probably wouldn't take anything less than 1:10 Probably better to keep him unless you get someone really hot for him.

It varies from league to league, but in the two dynasties that I play in, he would be worth about a mid to high second round pick.

Not sure his value, but Gruden is pass happy and Smith is likely to have an increase in yards and TDs. I look for similar production to what Gruden got out of Cousins. You would think he could be had fairly cheaply considering his age and unexciting reputation.
