Re: Week 6 Discussion

I'm seeing a lot of, "Cleveland should have drafted Watson/Trubisky/Wentz/Goff/etc...etc." And it's just such crap to compare situations in hindsight. Watson goes to a team with 2 solid WR and an established RB, granted Watson has played very well but dependability early on is a huge thing. Wentz di...

Re: Ricardo Louis

A lot of stat guys on Twitter have been digging into Hogan (as expected) and his numbers are coming out pretty darn positive.....

I wonder if he's going to become a thing?

Cohen is good for fantasy sometimes, but they try to get way too cute with him, he also often tries to be Reggie Bush Jr, but then losses a bunch of yards in the process.
To me it's Cohen who is the one trying to be cute and not the offense.

Re: Sammy Watkins to Rams

So here's the thing with Sammy/Goff and LA: Garcon - 1,000 yards DJax - 1,000 yards Crowder - 800 yards Reed - 600-700 yards Davis - 500-600 yards Thompson - 300-400 yards Clearly, McVay spreads the ball, and above was based on Cousins throwing for nearly 5,000 yards last year. We've already seen th...

Re: Watson, What To Do? POLL

And how about now, is Watson currently worth more than a Top 4 pick in a 2QB?

Or hell, multiple 1sts for that matter.

Re: NYG Receivers

Anyone thinking that they take the wheels off Engram and turn him into a WR now?

Let Ellison be the traditional TE?

Re: Week 5 Discussion

KC had that game controlled from the get-go, then you factor in Watt/Mercilus...they probably should have put that game to bed earlier. Man, I don't know if Watson will be a good QB (aka winning games/making it to playoffs) but from a fantasy perspective, I'm really bummed I sold him for a 2018 1st ...

Re: Sammy Watkins Eyeball Test

Chemistry is one thing, but Goff definitely needs to grow at reading defenses as well. Sometimes he does have a habit of staring/waiting for the first read to open instead of reading the entire field. I want to say I saw Watkins get really, really open on a few plays in that Cowboys game and Goff m...

Re: Is Godwin the new Boyd?

Main difference here is Boyd was being considered as a top 5 overall pick in the few months leading up to the draft and ultimately probably landed in the late 1st or 2nd. Godwin did have a lot of hype but I don't think he ever cracked the top 10 rookies and settled in Rounds 3 and 4 from what I saw....

Re: Mixon so far

Also some good perspective here,

"Per PFF, no offensive line has opened up fewer yards before contact per rush than #Bengals have for Joe Mixon (0.30). League average: 1.40." -Barfield

Re: Mixon so far

Cincy's OL was always going to be the huge question mark this year...worried about it when I drafted Mixon over Cook and McCaffrey, the good news is this new OC knows what's up with Jeremy Hill but Mixon definitely needs to pick up the pace.

Re: Sammy Watkins Eyeball Test

I want to say that he is getting open but you should obviously see that LAR is going with the hot-hand approach when it comes to feeding someone...we've seen Woods boom and disappear, Watkins boom and disappear, Kupp boom and disappear. Right now, the only constant that has remained is Gurley, who l...

Re: 2017 Running Back Report

As I mentioned before in the preseason and it's still held true, he has the knack for finding big plays. And everything revolving about his hands has been wayyyyyyyyyyyy overblown so far. With guys like him and Fournette, I think people need to look at the college offense as a whole before making su...

Re: Chris Hogan

Brady has been a goldmine lately, supporting Gronk, Cooks and Hogan....and even Gillislee. I have to imagine Hogan will be the new Decker when it comes to value, guy who is producing and has great chemistry with a great QB but will anyone pay up for him? Most people picked him up for literally nothi...
