You have Winston, Carr, Dak and Glennon who could find himself in some starting role next year so I would definitely trade Dalton for the early pick. Worst case you can re flip the pick during the draft for a nice return on investment.

I'd take deal, you'll get the hyped up rookie RB and possibly two that could be sold for more down the road or be 2 key assets for you next year.

I'd prefer to sell Wilson just since you can get the best return for him. I think Mariota and Dak are each dynasty QB1s long term so sell Wilson and get the most back to help your team.

In a 1QB league give me Big Ben all day. 2QB it's closer.

If you can get him cheap, he's worth an offer especially if you're rebuilding.
