Re: Read & React pod

One of my favorite podcasts and you guys seamlessly took on the hosting responsibilities. My only critique would be that the shows aren't frequent enough. I understand time may not allow you to do more, but I'd love to hear this podcast on a weekly basis. Especially during the season and/or during ...

Re: Read & React pod

Thanks gents. Much obliged.

Guerilla: Bill is now one of the partners over at Saturday2Sunday. When he joined up with them he moved on from DLF. He's still very much around and active [and a thoroughly nice bloke].

Re: Rankings breakdown

There's not at the moment.

But I'm arguing hard for it given I only play in IDP leagues where DT and CB are broken out.

If anyone else feels the same way please pipe up and I can take the tide of opinion to The Bosses

Read & React pod

Hi all Just wanted to pop in and say the R&R pod is back up and running with new faces at the helm - me and Sticky. iTunes link: https://itunes.apple.com/gb/podcast/read-react-idp-podcast/id1212468465?mt=2&i=1000389777072 Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/user-753380370 I obviously mentioned you gu...

Re: Need League Settings Advice

I think you know the answer to this already. You're doing the right thing by trying to restrict access as much as possible. If some owners don't like that [maybe they only know a handful of IDPs] then it's not going to work. Let them go their own way. If its too much effort then just leave the leagu...

Re: Making-A-Leap candidates

Outsiders is good but it's a bit fiddly. I prefer to get them from PFR. It takes them a day or so longer but it's much easier.

I cant recommend tracking them yourself enough. Going through them player by player every week drums the usage into your head and you can see trends coming a mile off

Re: Making-A-Leap candidates

The other problem with Ourlads [or any depth charts] is it doesnt give you any idea of usage. Between teams and position groups some starters get ALL the snaps or just a few more than the so-called backups. The Giants and their LBs are a good example. BJ Goodson may well be the "starter" but it's st...

Re: Making-A-Leap candidates

Agree with the thoughts about safeties.

And Jelani Jenkins is a great buy if you ask me.

Lastly - I love Sean Spence. He's the LB to own in Indy if you ask me

A friend of mine Im in 2 leagues with just took Westbrook in the 2nd round in both leagues. Big love for a WR who's 4th on the depth chart.

He's a chump if you ask me

Re: Dante Fowler

In the last 5 seasons in Jacksonville the DEs have combined for a total of 50 sacks. So basically 10 a year split among all the ends who get on the field. So let's say Fowler [optimistically] get's 50% of all of them this year - that's 5 sacks. Either the Jags need to drastically improve or Fowler n...

Re: Thoughts on Ravens LB situation

This is none of the key questions for the summer for me. It's such a plum role that whoever gets it is likely to be top 15 IDP LB. Gun to my head - I'm betting on Correa. But Tyus Bowser and Patrick Onwuasor could easily also seize it. I don't think any of them are a bad stash at this stage. My pred...

Re: Rate my draft, nearly through round 2

Coming out of it with Davis, McCaffrey and Mixon is clearly good business. And getting Mack for a 3 and a 4 is a nice gamble too. But personally I think you've taken the two ends too early. What sort of production do you think you're going to get from them to justify that? For me neither is likely t...
