Re: Critique my QB depth chart

I think Dalton will have a solid year and that offense will be pretty explosive. Their line is meh, but I think Andy will get his either way. He will just have a couple Prime Time road games that will kill you for the week. Jimmy G is definitely a hold at this point, especially with how patient you ...

Re: How to Recover From or Avoid 1st Round RB Busts?

No worries Max, I really am not trying to be hypocritical as I have been know to be very confrontational, more so in the past, but definitely not the type to back down. Us males probably have a little too much testosterone, ego, etc., but most of us are smart enough when and where to use it. I like ...

At least he did not verbally abuse her, we all know that is much worse. I guess the double-standards have me scratch my head some, as evidenced above. So, it is ok to lay out a dude for simply bad-mouthing you? I guess we should be thankful most athletes do show better restraint then. They get bad-m...

Yeah he did not know some "tea"had alcohol in it because alcohol is so easily masked and/or if it is just some fruity, cheerleader beer, a lot of dudes and athletes are guzzling that on a regular basis. I surely have never met one in my years.

Re: How to Recover From or Avoid 1st Round RB Busts?

Ok.That sounds like some posters logic. But to say "we wont feature him, nothing to do with the establish starter who offers a different, unique skillset, because it will gain too much attention if he is a big star. So we will make him one of the big stars instead, hoping he will blend in, while we ...

Re: How to Recover From or Avoid 1st Round RB Busts?

To the point of Mixon not getting the bulk of the carries behind Perine. This has been brought up before and the explanation that was provided was about how the college didn't want the distraction of Mixon's past coming up over and over if they heavily utilized him and he was their star player who ...

Re: How to Recover From or Avoid 1st Round RB Busts?

Fantasy odds just prove how most of us love the hobby, even those of us who are generally more successful/lucky at it than others. The profit of winning a league is equivalent to a really bad future bet, as far as payout. The odds and time spent are really high risk, low reward, so you better enjoy ...

Re: Sell me on Rob Kelley

I have him in a couple places and I have gotten no interest in him at all. I would be very happy with getting an '18 first for him. Everybody is high on Perine, which is definitely somewhat justified, though I feel it has gotten a little too high in some places. Kelley does not get targeted in the p...

Re: Looking to Win Now? Acquire These Players

I agree with your list, though Garcon seems to be a very trendy pickup/trade target pretty much everywhere i look. Not that his price will be high, but it is definitely well past the point of getting a potentially great deal on him. He is on waivers in a couple leagues of mine since they lock end of...

Re: Toughest Players to Trade

I would assume a lack of buyers, though I do not know how much others are throwing offers out there or being approached. I know if I fall out of contention and feel I may be in a rebuild of any sort, I try to unload some vets having decent years. Even at dirt cheap they rarely get a sniff and I usua...

Re: Toughest Players to Trade

I always see talk about contenders purchasing vets for the stretch run, especially at rb, and that just does not happen in my leagues. Ever. I agree with the strategy and all, but I don't know what it is. Maybe most contenders seem to have enough at rb being they are all PPR leagues and easier to fi...

Re: Biggest regrets

What defines a "lazy" post anyways. I mean, I usually post on here while I am dropping the Browns off at the Super Bowl. Is a forum supposed to be an essay contest or are we handing out grades here? I usually even give the grammar police a pass, since sometimes people really do butcher their english...

Re: BS Trading Practices

People who send terrible offers i can live with. People who accept terrible offers well thats another story. I am absolutely 100% a no veto unless its collusion guy, but a couple of terrible trades can make a team like the Golden State Warriors in a hurry. Lebron, is that you? Jokes aside, I agree ...

Re: Is it getting harder to trade these days?

Yes Skip, we are not allowed to trade OTC during the start ups or rookie drafts. Masters Fantasy Leagues, which I believe uses the same website/software as MFL, but basically gets a group of strangers together and the site owners act as a non-biased commissioner and cannot participate in the league...
