Re: Higher TEP values

That’s an appropriate price for LaPorta in a TE +1 PPR league. I’d hit QBs and TEs early - starting another lower tier TE1 in a flex spot can score more than a lower tier WR1… and trade value is high in a 14tm league).

Re: Give D Smith for 1.08 plus 2025 1st?

I think this trade is good for you. Start 7 league with max of either 3 RBS or 3 WRs? Hoard those 2025 picks for the 2025 RBs, and keep contending while building.

Re: 1.01 for 1.04++

In a 10t team non-SF league, if the owner was really 'trying' for 1.01 and willing to overpay, his starting offer have not been an underpay. As a contender, your WR core isn't strong / deep enough IMO to pass on MJR unless you are wow'ed by the offer.

Re: Trade Calculators

When I send out an offer, I’ll run it first through a few calculators just to confirm it won’t be viewed as insulting. I’m better than I used to be - but I spend a lot of time staring at my roster trying to identify players’ upside, so it’s good to check my goggles.

Re: Purdy and McLaurin vs Bryce Young and Aiyuk

Value is on the Purdy / McLaurin side. But with a new orphan in the rebuilder phase, I prefer Young and Aiyuk. Purdy’s value seems maxed out, and even if McLaurin gets a bump in production from his new QB, his value will just trend down with time.

Re: JJM vs Levis

Like above, I’d be shopping both. But unless the offers impress, I’d be patient. I suspect Levis’ value could be suppressed did to the influx of shiny rookies. Similarly, JJM’s value should creep up over the early preseason.

Re: Trey McBride

It always depends on the price, but McBride seems like a great investment.

I expect great things from both Kincaid and Bowers. But we’ve already seen great things from McBride which is reassuring.

Re: Move up for MHJ?

For me, it’s not about ‘needing’ that 2026 pick, it’s about the inherent value of having that in your bank. Sure you can sell assets to get another one, but future 1sts are valuable as equity in trying to, for example, strengthen your RB room as your players age.

Re: Predictions for the Draft

Maybe I’m just jaded from last years avalanche of QB injuries. But in my 2QB league (that is very trade happy), contenders got real desperate to stabilize their QB room mid-season. As a QB needy owner, I’m really hoping the influx of new blood will be an equalizer. But you know your league — nothing...

Re: Move up for MHJ?

I guess it comes down to how big you view the gap is between MHJ and Nabers. For me, it’s not worth sacrificing the 2026 1st. Your team seems strong - it’s a fun ride when you can contend without sacrificing much future draft capital.

Good price and trade for you. Only concern is his injury risk… but you have Likely.

Re: 1.02 or 3 1sts?

Seems like the draft should be postponed until there is consensus - switch to SF or at least hold for another year at 1QB (ie reconsider in 2026). Regardless, I’m not trading my 1.2 for that price.

Re: Predictions for the Draft

So, my rookie draft starts in an hour. It’s a 12 team 2QB PPR start 10. I’m pretty solid at most positions. I have Herbert, TLaw, and Levis as my QBs. With where I’m picking, I’m probably going to have to choose between JJM, Bowers, and Ladd. Talent-wise predraft, I have Bowers ranked at the top of...

Re: Rookie QB3

Team in sig? Are you assuming Daniels or Nabers goes at 1.03? In a vacuum - I prefer JJM if I’m competing and need reliable production the next couple years. Maye if I’m rebuilding and swinging for the fences. Sounds like you’re competing, Seems like an over-pay to take JJM at 1.04 - but suspect gro...

Re: Daniels in a 1qb

You’ve bolstered your WR room, and I’m not thrilled with anyone in the next tier. So seems like Daniels is a luxury pick - hope he (or AR) stay healthy for some QB1 numbers for you. I’m wary of Dak this year - good depth piece, but the O-line is not what it once was and seems a bit bold to rely on R...
