If Henry is worth the 1.06, what is Kelce, the #1 TE worth?

I offered Kelce and 2019 2nd for 1.05 and Hunter Henry, owner has 1.06 and i thought he would counter with that but he rejected it straight up, thought it was a very fair trade.

I have Kelce but am looking for a draft pick, was considering trading for Kelce for Hunter Henry and a mid 2nd....thoughts? Is it worth it to even trade him for this, I really want to get a mid first but I think thats too much
