I have breece in one of my leagues and probably wouldn't trade him for that, not sure even in a rebuild. Just think he is worth more after a few good games. You can make the offer and see what happens. Might get lucky.

Thanks for the feedback guys. That was my gut feeling, do like the Chase for the 1.04 and JT would be better than current offer. Either JSN or Gibbs will be there at 3. Either I, keep padding the strength or get an RB. Just hope the Pats does NOT take one of them in the draft...lol.
