Don't get greedy by asking for more on top, might not get that deal done anyhow so see if that is an option or not. This is not a slam dunk one person at 1.01 as some years are (at least not now). Value is on side of 1.04 and 1.05 already, just make that deal & be happy.

Zeke is worth more than 1.06 and Sanders, do yourself a favor and don't sell short to anyone. These types of owners I steer clear of and let them make trades with others if they are inclined. Zeke is not a player you should be selling short nor looking to move.
