Re: Which Josh do you perfer, Rosen or Allen?

Haven't watched much of rosen but allen for all his apparent physical skills reminds me of jake locker or jay cutler type . Inaccurate and reckless with the football. Agree. While Allen has a great arm, no weapons to speak of, I have been underwhelmed watching his games. Rosen, despite the head cas...

Re: Mr. Irrelevant

All dart throws. Given one QB Kizer will just be a roster clogger for 2017 and can likely pick up on waivers any time you want. With regards to players to grab, Malone or Zamora for me since if you are going for dart throw, should have highest upside. Won't get any return on either of these guys in ...

Re: When watching film of prospects

Some very good advice here for you. I would add that I think it is important to look for traits that you think lead to being successful at the next level. There will never be a single golden egg that says this guy will be god, but at least you can look for certain things that you believe are benefi...

Re: When watching film of prospects

two things to look at when scouting also and one other suggestion for education regarding terminology/how to describe what you see 1. for WR in college chart where he lines up, what route(s) from play to play. does he always line up on the right side outside? what routes does he run and does he run ...

Re: Success Profiler Study

this is fantastic stuff. I did my own game film analysis on most if not all the offensive prospects on these lists and using this score to supplement my scouting score, really helps take it to another level. additional data points and hit rate percentage adds another layer to analysis for rookie dra...

DEVY rules question?

So have an FFPC style scoring and roster set up 12 team league. Startup occurs after NFL draft. Every owner is able to pick one devy during draft. No DEVY can be picked until rookie/free agent draft next off season. My questions to those seasoned DEVY owners/commissioners: 1. DO I allow owners to tr...

Re: Devante Parker value

Lacy upside for rebound and 1.04 which you can always flip at time of rookie draft is great value. If Parker struggles this upcoming season or in preseason, watch people run like rats on a sinking ship with doom and gloom. If you are a Parker believer then still tough dela to pass.

Re: Antonio Brown Value in PPR?

Doubt anyone will give you ARob and 1.05 for AB unless they are totally bailing on Jacksonville situation or panicking about ARob. I think in 12 team PPR would want 3 first value in return (players or picks). You aren't getting close to that IMO with Coleman, 1.05, and 2 players in Coleman and Allis...

Re: Ameer Abdullah Trade

great value. looking at this rookie class, when you get to #27, I think Abdullah is a far better probability for success than most guys you would grab at that spot. Especially in a 16 team PPR league. Well done.

12 tm dynasty, PPR, TE premium, 20 man roster - no IDP orphan - $150 buy in

So we have an orphan in our 12 team dynasty. Here is link to his roster : http://www64.myfantasyleague.com/2016/options?L=58823&O=07&F=0005 Draft picks for 2017 rookie/free agent draft: 1.02, 1.10, 2.02, 3.02, 4.02, 5.02, 6.02, and 7.02 In addition he has Calvin Ridley as a DEVY he can roll over to ...

Re: Trading Alshon

Given its only 0.5 PPR, value for Alshon is less, thus getting Melvin Gordon and 1.06 for Alshon is a good deal.

Everyone anticipating the BEST landing spot for Alshon. But what if he signs somewhere for money or God forbid goes back with Chicago, his value will plummet.

Re: Steelers WRs

AB isn't going anywhere. They are already in contract negotiations. He is just upset with organization and wants changes to add depth and improve overall quality of team. When Martavis comes back, assuming reinstated, he will be a vacuum cleaner on other side of AB and make all other guys irrelevant...

Re: Trading out of '17 for an '18 random 1st

agree with above. IF you are going to move a 2017 1st would wait until draft day. Someone will come knocking. Especially someone who doesn't have a first round pick and locks in on someone. Then key is to make them pay for it. Then roll asset over for possible upgrade of slot and extra pick of course.

Re: Cook or Fournette (debate thread)

Agree. Coin flip to some degree. Combine won't change anything. Landing spot will be huge and likely deciding factor as far as my overall top 4 for this class or top 2 RBs for that matter.
