I'd seriously consider it in your league. Your DT friendly league has Arnold scoring 145 more points than in my league. In all my IDP leagues, I would never consider giving up Zeke for a box of players, but Arnold, Watson plus the 1.07 will help your team right out the gate.

Even without knowing your team salary cap, I'd still keep a WR 1 over LB1. Easier to find IDP off the waiver wire.

Keep Preston and pick up Tavon Wilson off the ww.

If you have only 15 man rosters in a ten team league, I'm sure there are lots of players available that offer more upside than Hollywood or the other three rookie WRs mentioned.
