I'd trade down if you don't have to move far. Maybe down a few spots to pick up a rookie Qb at worst. You may not have a QB by the first game. 1 qb but 28 team league.

Gauging what level WR is around his value. 2 Safties spots and 1 DEF flex are the spots to use him at and 3 WR and a FLex for the the wideout to be put at. What level Wideout in a ppr would u say is good value for him.?

This is DYNASTY though, not a 1 year redraft. I think Cook will be fine - he should get a ton of dump passes and Murray will likely get hurt again.
