In a 20 team SF league I think you gave to much

Drake in round 2 was a mistake in my opinion. He was picked late 4th in one of my startups and in the 6th in the other. I think you most likely missed a significantly better player at that spot.

CMC side for me

I would look to move Gronk with all the excitement around him. Hopefully you could find someone who loves him and gives up a lot. QB2 and RB2 would be the areas I would look to upgrade a bit but it is a solid team that does not need a lot.
