Re: 2017 draft class still solid after recent returns?
Losing Chubb Freeman and Michel hurts this draft class IMO. However, I still think it's a strong class. There are 4 RB's who are expected to go in the top 50 or so NFL picks (Fournette, Cook, McCaffrey, Foreman). There are 4 WR's with a very good chance to be 1st round picks (Williams, Davis, Schust...

Njoku is coming out supposedly. http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000765645/article/miami-te-david-njoku-intends-to-enter-2017-nfl-draft This is the best tight end class I've ever seen. Absolutely stacked. Howard Njoku Engram Butt Hodges Roberts Leggett (the guy the poster above mentioned who I n...

Re: Signs of life from TRich
In the offseason?? People were doing that last week. Reading the original thread when Trent got traded is hilarious. People were saying the Browns were a pathetic franchise for making that trade, when in fact it was highway robbery for them. I wonder what Indy would get for him right now.... A 4th? ...

Re: Getting ridiculous
The Jackson signing was a bad idea at the time. He hasn't been healthy and effective in a while and was old. I actually wouldn't be shocked to see then sign Ben Tate since they has success with Turner coming from a similar situation. I don't know their cap situation though.

Re: TRich to the Colts!
I'm pretty sure Doug Martin had 27 carries for 45 yards today, and CJ Spiller had 23 carries for 77 yards. Just to put things into perspective since people are paying such close attention to what Trent does. Not only this, but the Browns run game has been abysmal. After two games, McGahee has done ...

Allen looked good yesterday. Showed great ball skills on a couple back shoulder type throws. I was impressed.

Re: Based on Pure Talent
So the vibe I'm getting is that either Bradshaw is one of the most talented RBs in the NFL or TR has very little talent. Interesting. Learn something new every day. The Bradshaw piece isn't new. You just haven't been paying attention I guess. Injuries have obviously hurt his sum production, but he'...

Re: Sam Bradford bust?
Dude is running a 6.3 YPA, good for 27th in the league. Worse than Ponder, Locker, Smith (either one). Stafford has an 8.4, so that comparison is garbage. His TD% is 4.3% which puts him at 16th. Bradford is not improving, and is still mediocre at best. He is simply getting more attempts than ever b...

Re: Based on Pure Talent
What do you mean by "pure talent?" Is it strictly height/weight/speed/strength? That's how most people look at it but of course that's completely wrong. There are so many factors that go into being a good RB that don't show up there, such as vision, patience, knowing when to try to run ov...

Re: Gio Bernard for Ray Rice?
You were right to turn it down. Ray Rice is now a committee back, and injured to boot. Pierce isn't going anywhere for a while. Bernard is also a committee back too, but 5 years younger. Rice may beat him by a little this year (maybe), but Bernard will outscore Rice from 2014 onward.

I found Victor Cruz on the waiver wire. Its unusual, but it can happen.KCLep20 wrote:You can usually find WRs on the waiver wire, but u don't find AJG type players on the WW.

Re: Fitzgerald
If people are still willing to pay top WR price for Fitzgerald, then yes, definitely move him.
The actual time to move him was this past offseason when people were acting like Carson Palmer (hahaha) was the cure to his woes.

Re: TRich to the Colts!
I can't believe people that play dynasty football can't understand that this is a good trade for the Browns. The lack of understanding of such basic concepts as sunk costs (he was the #3 pick and they already spent money on him!) and replacement value (how on earth will the browns find a running bac...

Re: TRich to the Colts!
Huh. This was a great trade. Blame the past front office for taking weeden and Trent so high, not the ones fixing the mistakes.
