I would not make any trade until you are on the clock at 1.02. If CEH is there then you select him. If he goes at 1.01 then I might consider the trade to 1.04 to get Metcalf and select whichever rookie RB is there at 1.04 either Dobbins or Swift. I would not consider the other two offers at all.
