Re: Investing in 1.01 for the draft run up

all depends where the supposed tiers drop off. if there is no consensus 1.01 you may have a really hard time selling. In general yes the prices of picks goes up but that's only for the average price and not necessarily true for any one particular pick. A few years ago, the 1.1 was a really hard sel...

Re: The Real Lamar Jackson Thread

Brady is 5/5 for 50 yards halfway through the first drive of the game against SD. Jackson was something like 5/17 for -2 net yards through 3 and a half quarters before garbage time last week for a 0.0 passer rating. Of course it isn’t fair to compare Jackson to Brady but it definitely does show tha...

Re: 2019 Bad Trade Offers

Does this bother you guys that much? I mean I’ll take a “bad offer” any day over the owner that never sends anything and relies on you to make the offers. Think of them less as “bad offers” and more as “conversation starters”. Getting upset or insulted by someone actually taking time to send somethi...

I can remember how some people absolutely loved this guy after his rookie year. Perhaps a cautionary tale for those thinking of paying a pretty penny for P. Lindsay?

Re: Browns being Browns again? Or bold genius move? Kitchens

Don’t hate the hire, he probably deserved the shot after showing well as interm. The “Browns” move was losing G Williams. They should have found a way to retain him as DC. They were much improved on that side of the ball as well, something usually overlooked as most want to point at Baker and the O.

Re: Keke Coutee

I don’t dislike the guy but sheesh, I guess I’m lower on him than most if this thread is indicative of his value. Nuke and Fuller would soak up more targets I’d think easily, and that’s not accounting for the possibility of more added competition through the draft/FA as well. I mean they did trade f...

Re: Investing in 1.01 for the draft run up

I bought the 1.01 in a league because the owner was feeling the weak class/no elites narrative of this years draft. Im not saying it was cheap, I paid 1.04, 1.07 and D. Pettis. But it feels like the first time in years you can buy the 1.01 without giving up an Uber stud in the process.

Re: Bryce Love Torn ACL

Wow... this is really is a fantasy football forum. A college student stays in school rather enter the draft because he prioritized finishing his education. Football isn't his #1 priority in life, so we quickly call his return to school a "mistake"...?? If being a pediatrician is main goal in life, ...

Re: TRADE for the Future during a Win-Now campaign?!

Take it easily on the value alone. You could always retrade one or both of the rookie RBs for a better win now package than the one you're giving if that's what worries you . But snatch that up.

Re: 2QB counter advice

I'd actually rather have given Eli. Not that I'm a Beathard fan(though he's not been horrible from a fantasy perspective), but I have more faith in him finishing out the season as a starting QB then I do in Manning at this point.

I'm a foreman believer, and TE has been a wasteland and Little looks like one of the few good ones. No context, for me I take that side easily. I also think I'm in the minority on this one and most would like the Godwin side.

If that's Tyreek Hill then this is a no contest victory for the Zeke side. Even if it's Jeremy Hill I may still take the Zeke side, but at least then it would be close.

So that's equates to Sony for Goff in a superflex then? Ewwwwwww. Stop trying to get cute, you're 5-0 and don't have a QB problem. Don't tinker and mess up a good thing.

Keep Kupp, think he's the better short and long term player, so I can't see a reason to do that deal.
