Re: Attractive Buy Lows

Hard to give Freeman more touches when Lindsay is playing even better football. More Lindsay seems like the best idea. I'm not super into the analytics but I've seen some stats thrown around about Freeman that indicate he's doing a great job making people miss, picking up yardage, etc... all while ...

Re: Attractive Buy Lows

Does Royce Freeman qualify as a buy low yet? After Vance Joseph publicly that Freeman "needs more opportunities because he is playing good football" he proceeded to get his lowest carry total of the season (5), although he was significantly involved in the passing game for the first time (...

Re: what do we make of Matt Breida?

Price check on Matt Breida...

Does he further establish himself as the RB to own in San Fran, or is he just a short-term placeholder?

In other words...are we buying at current cost, or selling?

Re: Courtland Sutton

This seems like the only Courtland Sutton dedicated thread so I thought I'd revive it now that he's turning heads in training camp/preseason. I also wanted to point out that the Summer Rookie Mock published 2-3 days ago has Sutton was a 2nd round pick, behind Christian Kirk and Calvin Ridley. Is tha...

Re: trade Marvin Jones for Larry Fitz?

For you definitely, can't say for the Fitz owner, but if he's willing to do it then it's a great move for you in my opinion. Nuk and Keenan aren't going anywhere, and DJ Moore and/or Sutton will develop into giving the same production as Jones at minimum. Fitz owner is sort of stuck in the middle o...

Re: trade Marvin Jones for Larry Fitz?

I should add it's 0.5 PPR, and we start 2 WR an 2 W/R/T flex spots.

trade Marvin Jones for Larry Fitz?

I'm a contender, i've finished top 3 in the league for the past 6-7 years. My WRs are as follows:

DeAndre Hopkins
Keenan Allen
Marvin Jones
D.J. Moore
Courtland Sutton
Curtis Samuel
Dede Westbrook
Keelan Cole
Chris Godwin
Antonio Calloway

Does swapping Marvin Jones for Larry Fitz make sense?

Re: Winds of change: Fixing the mess that is ppr scoring.

What about simply making rushing yards 10 yards per point and receiving yards 20 yards per point while maintaining a full 1.0 PPR? My leagues (2 QBs, always) have run this way for years and I feel it has kept stud RBs and stud WRs on a nearly even playing field. The high volume pass catchers who ten...

Re: What's fun about dynasty?

The most fun part of Dynasty for me is getting to see the planning and patience pay off. Take a player like David Johnson. In re-draft, if you drafted him and held him on your roster for weeks waiting for him to get an opportunity to shine, you only had those 5-6 weeks of dominance to show for it. I...

Re: Ryan Matthews place as RB1

I believe in Ryan Mathews (One T in that last name people) and think he's a strong RB1. I, for one, don't question his toughness. If I remember correctly, he came out of a few games temporarily but usually went back out there after getting checked out and taking a series or two off. That was a luxur...
