If you see no personal difference b/w Miller and the RBs that are available at 1.06, that is actually fantastic for you. The perceived value of Miller is > than that of the 1.06. If you trade Miller, you should ask for something in addition to the 1.06.

On the other hand, I would keep Miller.

Looking at it again, you could combine the offers if you really need the WR starters. I believe the following is a fair counter:

Andre Johnson/Brown/1.12

Cobb is being valued as a Top 10 WR. I would think you could get a lot more for him than Brown or AJ/1.12. No way I do either deal.

What does his roster look like? Could come up with a better counter if you were set on trading Cobb.

If GIo is there, I think you have to take him with your RB situation. If not, I go with Hopkins and pick up whichever RB is left at 1.7.

As tempting as it is to go after a young QB, I don't think your team can handle what it would cost. I'd ride Dalton or look to acquire someone cheaper in the lines of Roethlisberger or Eli.

Why trade Martin?

If you are desperate for a WR, I'd try to just trade Crabtree. Crabtree/2nd for Roddy is more than fair IMO.

I'd rather see what you can get for Ivory in terms of picks or players. Some people love him right now. I had someone trade me Demarco Murray for Ivory/Powell in a league.

The potential for either Hopkins, Patterson or Bell with Givens is far and away better than Vereen and 2 late 2nds IMO.

That's pretty light for Martin IMO. Your rebuild team is solid at QB with Kaepernick. So no need to sell a stud RB for a backup QB or small upgrade there.
