Re: David Johnson longevity

Thinking DJ will be relevant in fantasy in 5-7 years is just silly. Do yourselves a favor and don't try to project NFL rb anywhere past 2 years. Way too many things can happen in one 16 game NFL season. Weird how we are able to dismiss that. Cripes, it isn't like we are discussing a kicker here. He ...

Re: The Tavon Hype Train is Real

I love watching the Cowboys trend downward. Im betting they are around 500 this season and are a middle of the pack non playoff team. I think Dak is way overrated and with virtually no offensive weapons around him, Zeke is going to get smothered. Get your popcorn ready, this season will be fun to wa...

Re: Kerryon Johnson in Detroit

Well, To play devils advocate here a bit. Detroit did make attempts at addressing their run blocking deficiencies. Their Defense has been trending in the right direction, and they did bring in Blount to help with the short yardage & goal line issues. Basically, what I'm saying is I think this is the...

Re: Declined Overpays...

Most of us in dynasty settings don't stress too often about bye weeks. I found myself trying to figure my way through a late season bye week potential issue last night. Not thinking this is a huge overpay offer by me at all, but here was the scenario and my thoughts. I have 3 qbs on this one contend...

Re: Did Jesus Christ die and rise rom the dead?

JFever :" Look a this movie named "Come Sunday". It talked to me a lot. I more and more believe in the Christ history but not in some restrictions and opposite interpretations of the Bible except some sentences that make an echo in me. Like i said before, i accept homosexuality, i'm ironic on religi...

Re: pettis or gallup?

Gallup - due to situation/opportunity How is it better than Pettis’? He isn't in a "better" situation that Pettis. Not sure why people think this. Dak isn't the qb some think he is. Sure there is a void there in Dallas as far as the wr corp. But... There is much more to it than that. Running team. ...

Re: John Ross

On the team that I traded Ross for M.Jones, I have a wr corp Now made up of OBJ, D.Hopkins, J.Landry,JuJu, M.Jones, Keelan Cole, Corey Davis, and Mike Williams. I absolutely loved the deal offered to me as I already had rookies whom I see as having higher ceilings and higher floors in Davis and Will...

Re: Kerryon Johnson in Detroit

The bigger thing that worries me about Detroit is the fact that they ranked 32nd in run blocking last year and 31st in run blocking the year before. I do not care who is running the ball and it will not matter if they cannot block. I don't care about the other running backs. I was a mild supporter ...

Re: Team RB or Team WR

Argh... good one Val. I don't even think about kicker and team D really. Too much volatility. To be clear (its hard to send out sarcasm with the written or typed form of communication), After a solid wr corp, productive top 5 ish TE, stable weekly starter, and top 3rd of the league in fantasy produc...

Re: Team RB or Team WR

Man.... I hate having Kickers in fantasy. Just hate it. Not a big fan of defenses either. Anyway, Running back position is shorter lived, more volatile, more contingent on opportunity with fewer 3 down back positions open, Offensive scheme, O-line, blocking scheme, game script, Qb yrs of experience,...

Re: Team RB or Team WR

Yep. I've said it dozens and dozens of times here over the years. Balance is what your after. Building around wr seems to give more time / opportunity to achieve good team building balance. I won a league championship with Gore, A. Kamara, and A.Collins as my main starting rb as well. (Keep in mind ...
