Re: A Bradshaw for S Johnson
PPR scoring, 10 teams, 28 roster spots, QB heavy scoring. I've been offered Steve Johnson for Ahmad Bradshaw. Even though I have Reggie Wayne, Vincent Jackson and Calvin Johnson on my roster, and besides Bradshaw only Addai, Pierre Thomas, Danny Woodhead, John Kuhn and Kielland Williams at RB, I am...

Re: Dynasty Debate Article Suggestions
Although I just recently joined this forum on an active basis, I have been playing dynasty IDP for the last 5 years, and have been active on other forums during that period. One issue/trend I see over the last couple years among dynasty leaguers that I consider knowledgeable is the theory that a gr...

Re: Thoughts on Barber, Robiskie, Others
I like Mike Thomas. Freeman is only going to get better, MSW disappointed, and the Bucs aren't going to replace both their WR1 and 2. That leaves room for Thomas to continue his development as a starter. Huggins-May I remind you of the Steve Slaton-Arian Foster storyline? Huggins did very well when...

Re: Dynasty Leagues
Dynasty more closely approximates actually managing an NFL team and watching it evolve over time, for better or worse, but all dependent on your moves and the time you put in to evaluate players. There's nothing more satisfying than grabbing a sleeper off the waiver wire or in the draft, sitting on ...

Re: Wavier System
I like reverse standing priority for dynasty. It helps get talent to the bottom teams for a more completative league. Dynasty is about the long haul, so I'd rather have the bottom feeder teams get a better chance at talent to improve the league. It's fun to dominate, but I like lesser skilled FF pl...

Re: Thoughts on Barber, Robiskie, Others
I dropped Barber early in 2010, so that may give an indication of what I think of him. Robiske-the change in coaching could help, altho it's not like he didn't get targets in 2010. One still needs to remember that it often takes WR's 3 years to develop in the NFL-worth a stash if you have roster spa...

Re: Major Wright
I've never been a fan of stashing IDP players, as there are just so many to go around, given reasonable roster sizes, and no. of teams. (say 12-16 teams with 28-40 roster spots). I'd rather save my developmental roster spots for offensive players. Just off the top of my head, I can spout out 12 S's ...

Re: Asomugha a FA, Contract Voided
The problem with Asomugha is that, like Revis, he's so good that opposing teams don't throw his way, hence not many points in fantasy. He helps his teams out a lot more than he does fantasy owners. well, that wouldn't keep me from hoping he signs with the Packers if they move Woodson to safety! -oo...

Re: James Farrior
I play in 2 leagues where we have to drop one of our top 3 scorers on Offense and one of the top 3 on Defense during the off-season. I managed to pick up Farrior in both leagues off waivers at the end of the season, with the express intent of dropping him as a top scorer on defense. I think that the...
