I like reverse standing priority for dynasty. It helps get talent to the bottom teams for a more completative league. I've never been a fan of stashing IDP players, as there are just so many to go around, given reasonable roster sizes, and no. of teams. (say 12-16 teams with 28-40 roster spots).
