EXPERIENCED OWNER LOOKING FOR SUPERFLEX STARTUP
Hey all, I've been playing FF for over 15 years and dynasty for over 5. Looking for one more league. I am very active in all of my leagues and can be counted on to stick around. I know beggars can't be choosers but I'm only interested if it meets the following criteria: - Superflex - 12 to 14 teams ...

Re: Tanking?!
Startups going on right around rookie draft season for other leagues (which most players in startups are in other leagues) lets you play off rookie fever. You'll see proven players fall (or in the case of an auction draft go noticeably under market value) while rookies ADP or pricetag get inflated....

Re: Rookie/FA Draft
And now the pendulum has swung away from Luck and Martin and towards Griffin and Wilson, it seems. Wonder if these comments (and others in other threads) reflect the wider dynasty community. I don't think they do (although the positive camp reports may have had an impact, I suppose). I just think t...

Do you mean Luke Stocker? Cameron plays for Cleveland. Although Cameron is the one with the new QB not Stocker.lumps wrote:
I'll put my name in on Jordan Cameron too. Winslow is gone, Clark is about done, the other TEs aren't special, and a new QB.

Re: Eddie Royal to resume his form
I read that article, but that is a silly argument. Do you think that if New England didn't have Gronkowski and Hernandez they would run two TEs? If you are San Diego with a Jackson holding out, Floyd, Brown, and Ajirotutu....are you running 3 wide? Its actually a very valid argument, although admit...

Re: EVERYONE is sleeping on...
What makes you say he has bad hands. In 2009 he didn't register a drop: http://espn.go.com/blog/nfcsouth/post/_/id/6029/check-out-meachems-best-stat His catch percentage the last 2 years has hovered around 66%, a very good number for a deep threat like him. He has good hands, but he definitely has ...

Re: Eddie Royal to resume his form
Rotoworld did a breakdown of various offensive personell formations and which teams use them the most and the least. One of the more surprising ones is that only 4 teams used a 3WR formation less than SD last year and that SD used a 2TE sets more than all but two other teams (NE and SF). The result,...

Re: David Wilson
What's interesting is that more than one person here has commented negatively on his vision. Yet, in the quotes I attached way above, 2 or 3 Giants commented on his vision in positive terms. Early days. I think he and RG3 at the two most intriguing prospects this year. Vision and ball-security were...

Re: David Wilson
Encouraging news about him, I was able to land him in 1 league that is 14 teams, I needed a RB badly, and thought I was reaching by taking him at 1.03. I've since come around and I'm pretty happy with it. I don't know what year he can be the feature back but he'll be productive right away. Guys lik...

Re: What site do you use for your league?
While I agree that MFL is the best pay site, I think Fleaflicker is the best free option for dynasty leagues. There is a lot of customization allowed and works very well for the leagues I'm in, which have some pretty complicated rules. That said, this topic has been debated a bunch on this forum, so...

Re: Green/Martin for Megatron
I'm as high on AJ Green as anyone, but just because I believe he is comprable to Calvin in terms of talent and potential doesn't mean that he will ever live up to it. Any number of things - injury, his QB/offense, less talent than perceived, etc - could keep him from performing like the #1 WR in fan...

Re: Thoughts on Year 1 Rookie Draft
Space Cowboy's opinion is one of many. Personally, I think that Tannehil's upside is as high as any QB in this class, but he is an extremely raw prospect and will not likely help you this year. I love the Wilson pick and think Lafell at 4.12 is a great value. I do not advocate drafting for need, but...

Re: Rookie Rankings
From what I can tell his two biggest weaknesses are his vision/decision making and his ball security. Both of these are extremely coachable . I just don't understand why people are so adamant that he bounces everything to the outside when the tape suggests otherwise. People are describing CJ Spille...

Re: Rookie Rankings
And I don't know if you and I watched the same clip... 80% of the runs were were either designed outside runs, or runs he bounced outside. The inside runs I saw were about 2 successful and a fumble. The first 2 runs are what we need to see more of. But they just don't come consistantly. We must not...
