this is sloppy and from our lg message board and im too hungover to edit it but thought it was worth posting. draft was in person and started at 6:00 last night. 11th yr of lg and we were all hammered lol. there were over 10 trades made including already rostered players....alot of moving up and dow...

really just gabbert and mccoy but just tryin to paint the picture....through out the season....there will usually b 1-4 spot starters qbs avl

if u have 5-6 qb 1s on ur team in our league....ur dumb....simple as that....45 man rosters and there are starters on wire right now.....there is no side to agree with....this post was to show how the draft went down last night in 1 established lg....and not to compare to leagues that might or might...

those rbs had question marks for multiple reasons and most were taken anywhere from 5-12....and that player that is staring you in the face....also stared every owner in the league in the face....your the only one that said yes....so now u can hold onto him for a couple months or years and then trad...

not disagreeing with the fact that luck should have been taken earlier.....but dynasty debates are league specific....and i am sure the mjd,forte,ray rice,cj2k,murray,gore,mcgahee,etc....owners had alot of people wishing them good "luck" as well. teams with the best players usually win.......

and while im at.....ill just "change" the way the entire league looks at qbs as far as trade value goes.....ill just grab their balls or something

meanwhile isiah pead takes over for a broke down sjax and gives the owner who took a chance on him at 9 top a top tier rb for the better part of a decade.....the 9 owner was just projecting though

i would argue that dynasty is equel parts reaction,projection,and production....if you just "project" production you'll get passed by. i understand your point though,every league is different and you have to (in some cases) adapt to your league by taking the players you believe in and know...

was just saying that stafford wasnt "elite" until last year and could be had for a more than reasonable price....regardless in MY league....owners felt that luck had too little value to not pass up

because wrs and rbs are the only way to get trades done in our league....i imagine as more drafts conclude....our draft will have many more "how does that happpen"'s.....bottom line....everyone has a nice qb starter and at least 1 nice backup on their roster
